Annual Swing for Seacoast Charity Golf Tournament Provides Fun, Fundraising to Benefit Families Experiencing Homelessness
On May 6, the weather cooperated in a big way to make the 2024 Swing for Seacoast Charity Golf Tournament a huge success. Benefitting Seacoast Family Promise, the tournament represents the biggest annual fundraising event of the year for the organization. This year, over 120 golfers came together at Breakfast Hill Golf Club in Greenland for a full day of golf, food, and fun.
All proceeds from the tournament went to support the mission of Seacoast Family Promise, which provides shelter and the skills for success to families with children experiencing homelessness. Also in attendance were former Patriots players Steve “Nelly” Nelson and Steve DeOssie, who golfed with the event underwriters and added a flavor of sports celebrity to the day.
“We are so grateful to everyone who made this event a complete triumph,” said Pati Frew-Waters, Executive Director of Seacoast Family Promise. “Our sponsors, volunteers, and participants came together on behalf of the most vulnerable families in our community and truly made a life-changing difference.”
